Support for AI-powered features using relevant SDKs is also part of the role.
Occasional contributions to frontend development will ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.
The engineer is expected to write clean, maintainable code and deliver high-quality features quickly.
Participation in code reviews and fostering a collaborative engineering culture is essential.
Effective communication with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7-10 years of backend engineering experience with a focus on scalable systems.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL is required.
Experience building on top of the OpenAI API is necessary.
A solid understanding of server-side rendering, API design, and performance optimization is expected.
Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools, such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI, is important.
Experience integrating authentication frameworks is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for experimentation and innovation are essential.
Candidates must be able to work in a remote, asynchronous environment with strong written and verbal English communication.
