Remote Backend Engineer - Elixir

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Backend Engineer, including building, shipping, and maintaining complex software projects.
• Proficiency in Elixir, Postgres, or similar databases.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into working software.
• Capability to work independently and self-guided.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and develop professionally.
• Experience in HR or Fintech projects is a plus.
