Requirements:

  • Candidates must have significant experience as a Backend Engineer, including building, shipping, and maintaining complex software projects.
  • A solid knowledge of and experience with Elixir and Postgres (or similar technologies) is required.
  • The ability to handle ambiguity and transform abstract concepts into functional software is essential.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently and be self-guided.
  • A curiosity and willingness to learn and develop are important traits for this role.
  • Experience in HR or Fintech projects is considered a plus.
