Requirements:

• Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in software engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
• Experience in a high-scale banking or fintech organization is required.
• Professional experience in building, shipping, and growing customer-facing products is necessary.
• Knowledge of banking protocols, APIs, and security standards is essential.
• A deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices is required.
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and payment processing.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution is important, with a track record of getting things done with little oversight.
