Description:

GitLab is seeking a Backend Engineer (Go) for the Gitaly Cluster team in the Americas region.
The role involves working on the GitLab DevSecOps platform, contributing to the development of the Gitaly Git data storage tier.
Responsibilities include participating in architectural discussions, designing RPC interfaces, developing Gitaly according to product goals, and monitoring the service in the production environment.
The position requires collaboration with team members, writing high-quality code, and improving the quality and security of the product.
The Cluster team focuses on building a new distributed cluster solution and enhancing Disaster Recovery readiness for Gitaly.
