Requirements:

• Candidates should be experienced backend developers with production skills, preferably in Clojure, but experience in other languages such as Python or Go is acceptable.
• Experience in designing and implementing robust real-time systems with high availability is required.
• Candidates must ensure code quality and system security through automation, unit testing, and structured code reviews.
• A product-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, especially when fixing production-affecting bugs.
• Effective communication skills are necessary, with a willingness to ask questions and learn when faced with uncertainty.
• Experience with Auth0 is a significant plus, and familiarity with other systems like AWS IAM is also beneficial.
