Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Engineer.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker is required.
Experience with Node.js, Postgres/MySQL, and RabbitMQ/NATS/Kafka is necessary.
Familiarity with infrastructure and observability/monitoring tools is essential.
Strong system design and problem-solving skills are needed, as the team often deals with unknown challenges.
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines is required.
It is a plus to have experience in building Internal Developer Platforms and tooling.
Candidates should be hands-on troubleshooters with strong communication skills, as they will need to coordinate projects with multiple teams.
A readiness for challenges is expected.
