Description:

Jobgether is seeking a Backend Engineer – Integrations for a freelance, 6-month remote position based in France.
The role involves joining a fast-growing engineering team to build a cutting-edge mobile advertising platform.
The engineer will be part of the Ecosystem Integrations squad, responsible for developing and maintaining robust backend integrations with key partners such as demand platforms, analytics tools, and measurement providers.
Responsibilities include designing reliable and high-performance systems, enhancing the scalability and adaptability of the ad network, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key accountabilities include designing, building, and maintaining backend integrations, owning the full lifecycle of integration systems, collaborating with product teams and third-party providers, ensuring clear documentation and technical transparency, troubleshooting live systems, and participating in architectural discussions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
A strong command of Java and Spring Boot is required.
Proven experience in building and managing APIs is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are necessary.
Experience in Ad Tech, real-time systems, or large-scale integrations is considered a strong advantage.

The position offers a 6-month freelance contract with the possibility of extension.
It is a fully remote role based in France.
