Description:
The role involves the development and implementation of backend services for AI Chatbot products.
You will be responsible for building large-scale software systems that can impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
The position requires exploring and integrating LLM models to enhance chatbot performance and user experience.
You will be tasked with upgrading underlying infrastructure/architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting online incidents, and system refactoring.
Writing high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices is essential, along with guiding junior engineers and sharing knowledge.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience is required.
Candidates must have over 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
Core Java programming skills and a willingness to engage in hands-on coding are mandatory.
The ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge is essential.
Good cross-team communication skills are required.
Familiarity with design patterns and system design is necessary to solve common software programming challenges.
Knowledge and experience with Chatbot and Customer Service Bot are considered a plus.
Experience with LLM usage is also considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Python, as well as familiarity with collaborating with algorithm engineers, are advantageous.
Experience with data jobs like Flink/Spark is considered a plus.
