As a Backend Engineer, you will manage server-side logic, database systems, and API development to ensure seamless data flow and optimal functionality.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, designing and managing databases, building and maintaining APIs, optimizing code and database queries, and implementing security measures.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of professional development experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is required.
Proven experience in backend programming languages and technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Express, GCP, and PostgreSQL is essential.
A passion for building robust and scalable solutions is necessary.
Exceptional problem-solving skills are required.
A strong passion for software development is expected.
The ability to work independently while being collaborative and inclusive is important.
Proven ability to take a feature, task, or product from conception to completion and release is required.
The ability to build reusable solutions is necessary.
A BSc in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
