• The "Podcast Mission" is the product and technology team at Spotify responsible for building tools for podcast creators.

• The engineer will contribute to the mission of unifying Spotify’s creator technologies.
• The position requires building and maintaining critical integrations using Kubernetes, Ruby on Rails, and Java.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of working experience as a Backend Engineer with Ruby on Rails or Java, and a willingness to work with both technologies.
• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, Kubernetes, GCP, Postgres, and Bigtable is considered a plus.
• Applicants should have experience developing interfaces to both internal and external services.
• A curiosity about the podcast industry and a desire to build products that address podcasters’ biggest challenges is essential.
