The position involves driving new feature delivery end-to-end, writing and maintaining a full unit test suite, managing deployments, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
The role requires collaboration in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable development code using best practices.
Responsibilities include writing performant, scalable, and testable code, participating in code reviews, engaging in engineering design sessions, balancing speed and quality, and participating in the interview process to raise the technical bar.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers is required.
Candidates must be fluent in English (B1+) with both written and spoken skills for clear communication with native speakers.
A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a comparable field from an accredited college or university is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles.
A track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines is essential.
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as working within Agile teams, is required.
Candidates must be comfortable writing supporting documentation.
Experienced backend development using Python, with knowledge of frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, and APIs like GraphQL or Rest API is necessary.
Familiarity with data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or AWS RDS is required.
Working knowledge of the AWS stack, including ECS, SQS, and SNS, is necessary.
Experience with deployment tools such as Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI, or Jenkins is required.
Additional technologies such as Docker and Celery are also necessary.
Candidates with additional skills in Javascript/Typescript, NodeJs, React, Vue, or Svelte will be viewed favorably.
