MNTN is seeking a Backend Engineer with a focus on Python to join their team.

The role involves designing and building a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience at any time.
Responsibilities include developing ETL pipelines for the Ad buying platform, collaborating with Product and Project Leads, and optimizing existing products.
The microservices architecture handles hundreds of millions of requests per day, focusing on real-time behavioral marketing for cross-device advertising.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2-4+ years of Python development experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience writing SQL queries and designing database tables is required.
Knowledge of modern design patterns is essential.
Experience with Microservice architecture is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions such as K8 and Istio is required.
Proficiency in using GIT is expected.
Candidates should have knowledge of the HTTP lifecycle.
Familiarity with Pandas, Junit, BDD, and writing effective unit and functional test cases is important.
Comfort in a Linux/UNIX environment is required.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud infrastructure is preferred.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, and Redis is preferred.
