The engineering team is small but impactful, and they are looking for a Backend Engineer to help with their growth.
The role involves working directly with the CTO and engineering team to develop a construction permit application and management platform.

Requirements:
Candidates should have strong experience in professional fullstack development, preferably with some experience in startups.
Significant experience with the tech stack, which includes Typescript, Node.js, and Postgres, is required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in work are essential.
Experience in owning technically challenging cross-functional projects is necessary.
A proven track record of identifying valuable projects, communicating strategies, and executing them autonomously is expected.
A customer-first mindset and willingness to engage with customers to ensure product quality is important.
Candidates should have a habit of introspection and an understanding of past successes.
