As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a 140+ person Tech organization, working in squads that focus on specific product areas.
You will participate in the discovery phase of projects, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to define features.
Your responsibilities will include designing software architecture, building, testing, and releasing features to production, as well as monitoring and fixing issues.
The onboarding process includes learning about the company, tech stack, and working on initial tasks to familiarize yourself with the environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
A balanced blend of technical, business, and product skills is required.
Empathy for users and a desire to solve real issues are essential.

Fluency in English is required; French is not mandatory.
Experience working in an agile environment and being a team player is important.
