The Software Engineer on the Servicing team will develop and maintain tools, workflows, and infrastructure to support Operations and Customer Servicing teams.
This role involves collaborating across departments to deliver product support for agents servicing customers and working closely with vendors for builds and integrations.
Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and implementing software applications for consumer products, developing features from the ground up, building and maintaining documentation, and solving complex problems involving large-scale money movement and sensitive financial data.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience working in a high-scale banking or fintech organization.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building, shipping, and growing customer-facing products is required.
Knowledge of banking protocols, APIs, and security standards is essential.
A deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices is necessary.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and payment processing.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution is required, with a proven track record of getting things done with little oversight.
