Description:

Holycode is seeking a Backend (Python) Engineer with strong skills and proven experience to join the Hublead project team for a full-time engagement.
Hublead is a fast-growing Salestech company focused on generating new business opportunities for clients.
The role involves working closely with the Tech Lead to shape the future of the product in a small, agile environment.
Responsibilities include building robust server-side systems, ensuring seamless integration of APIs, databases, and back-end architecture, and stabilizing the stack with unit tests.
The engineer will collaborate with the Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain features end-to-end, work in an agile environment, contribute to improving development workflows, and design and implement APIs and scalable back-end systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ to 5+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a small, collaborative team are essential.
A proactive mindset and passion for building scalable solutions are required.
Experience with agile methodologies is necessary.
Familiarity with versioning tools such as Git or SVN is required.
Experience with Docker is essential.
Strong experience with back-end frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL or NoSQL) is required.
Candidates must have strong experience with Python and Django.
A strong aptitude for solving complex problems and abstract thinking ability is necessary.
Candidates should be security aware and committed to implementing data protection and IT security best practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
