• Inflection is in startup mode with approximately 30 employees and is looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE1) to help propel the company forward.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and product managers, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, staying updated with industry trends, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 1+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on backend development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C# is required.
• A strong understanding of database systems, either relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively are essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good to have: Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
