Capital on Tap is a company focused on helping small business owners by providing an all-in-one business credit card and spend management platform.
The company serves over 200,000 businesses globally and aims to assist 1 million small businesses by 2030.
The position is a B2B Contract role that allows for remote work from Poland.
The Acquisition, Credit, Decisioning, and Compliance (ACDC) team is responsible for software systems used in the application and onboarding process for new customers.
Key responsibilities include building sites and APIs for a smooth application experience, integrating new credit data sources, maintaining decisioning systems for automated assessments, and performing fraud and compliance monitoring.
The role involves building robust and scalable solutions using .Net technology, owning the software development lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with Product Managers, QA’s, and fellow Software Engineers, creating unit and integration tests, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring alignment between technical and business goals.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, and SQL Server.
A good understanding of database technologies is required.
Candidates should possess good testing practices, including both unit and integration testing.
Experience in using Agile development practices is necessary.
A passion for learning new skills and technologies is essential.
