Description:
- Blend is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to contribute to their cloud banking platform used by various financial services firms.
- The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Blend’s vision for composable origination through a configurable workflow builder.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing new features, designing scalable applications, troubleshooting software issues, and proposing new ideas for feature development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in building high-quality production software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in backend development using tools like Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang.
- Experience working with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of design and architecture principles with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
