Description:
- Blend is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their diverse team in Mexico City, Mexico. The company's cloud banking platform is utilized by major financial institutions to enhance customer acquisition, productivity, and digital experiences. The software processes over $5 billion in loans daily, aiding consumers in achieving their financial objectives efficiently. As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining Blend's composable origination vision through a configurable workflow builder.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building high-quality production software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in backend development using tools like Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang.
- Experience working with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of design and architecture principles with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
