Remote Backend Software Engineer (Golang)

Description:

• Zicasso, a luxury travel company, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer (Golang) to contribute to developing and maintaining the core infrastructure of their innovative travel platform.
• The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing highly available and scalable backend systems using Golang.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5 to 8 years of software development experience, preferably in multiple languages.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying robust backend systems using Golang or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, SQL, NoSQL databases, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Passion for the travel industry and creating exceptional user experiences is desired.
