Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions to challenging Content AI problems, collaborating with other backend engineers, ML engineers, frontend engineers, designers, and product managers
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and advocate for engineering needs to non-technical stakeholders
- Utilize AI and LLM technology to automate design decisions for users
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes, and solutions
- Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration to work on new ideas and improvements
Requirements:
- Commercial experience in a software development environment, building scalable backend systems
- Experience or strong interest in using LLM’s to enhance user workflows and productivity
- Proficiency in Java
- Strong foundation in computer science and engineering fundamentals including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, and design patterns
