Remote Backend Software Engineer - Node.js

Description:

• Work on building highly performant and secure services used by thousands of customers and handling millions in transaction revenue monthly.
• Collaborate with Front-End developers in an Agile environment to deliver features and maintain code quality.
• Take ownership of code from development to deployment, diagnose production issues, and contribute to solutions design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript and/or TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks/platforms.
• Experience in developing performant, resilient, and secure services, handling asynchronous workflows, and using protocols like HTTP, REST, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), SQL/NoSQL data stores, service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and code versioning tools.
• Knowledge of code quality tools, Agile methodologies, and integrating/connecting systems like warehouse management & eCommerce.
• Ability to create testable code, prioritize testing, work autonomously, and collaborate towards common goals.
