Remote Backend Software Engineer - Node.js

Description:

• Utilize Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js to build performant and secure services.
• Work on asynchronous and event-driven workflows, protocols like HTTP, REST, and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with Front-End developers in an Agile environment to deliver features and maintain code quality.
• Take ownership of code from development to deployment, diagnose production issues, and contribute to solutions design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience in developing performant, resilient, and secure services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, SQL and NoSQL data stores, service-oriented architectures, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, Agile methodologies, and integrating systems like warehouse management & eCommerce.
• Ability to create testable code, prioritize testing, and work towards common team goals with little supervision.
