As a Senior Software Engineer on the Trading Infrastructure team, you will develop scalable infrastructure that processes millions of orders daily for high-end financial customers.
The role involves working on features to enhance the speed and functionality of the trading infrastructure, collaborating with the Product Management team, and solving complex problems.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in designing and implementing trading systems in traditional finance or the cryptocurrency ecosystem is required.
Deep knowledge of order types, routing, exchange management, and systems performance is essential.
Experience in building high-performance, low-latency distributed trading systems is necessary.
Candidates should have 8-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with Golang expertise being desirable; equivalent frameworks such as C# and Java are also applicable.
A self-starter attitude is required, capable of managing projects from conception to delivery.
A strong emphasis on code quality, test infrastructure, execution speed, security, and user experience is expected.
A passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is a nice-to-have.
Experience with data manipulation using SQL and Snowflake is a plus.

The expected compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
