Experience in leading, mentoring, and executing tasks independently with a track record of impactful improvements.
Passion for the craft, caring for colleagues, and valuing quality across code, communication, and culture.
Desire to continuously grow skills and learn quickly, with familiarity in message brokers and caching solutions.
