Description:

Engage with customers to provide support for the company's software suite, specifically focusing on enabling commercial charging infrastructure to operate.
Analyze, document, and resolve complex malfunctions in the software.
Identify and address error patterns in both backend and frontend applications.
Contribute to the development and optimization of products, features, and processes.
Act as the technical contact person for customers during commissioning and for operational charging infrastructure.

Requirements:

Customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in different languages.
Ability to challenge the status quo, provide new ideas, and address challenges with a continuous improvement mindset.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and SAFe is preferred.
Interest in learning about charge point management solutions and new software tools, experience in the EV charging business is a plus.
University degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or related technical field.
Education in European languages is highly desired.
Practical experience in IT support or related areas.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Proficiency in English and intermediate German skills, additional European languages are a bonus.
Willingness to travel to Germany or similar locations for 2-4 weeks per year.
