Description:

  • Engage with customers to provide support for the company's software suite, specifically focusing on enabling commercial charging infrastructure to operate.
  • Analyze, document, and resolve complex malfunctions in the software.
  • Identify and address error patterns in both backend and frontend applications.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of products, features, and processes.
  • Act as the technical contact person for customers during commissioning and for operational charging infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in different languages.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, provide new ideas, and address challenges with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and SAFe is preferred.
  • Interest in learning about charge point management solutions and new software tools, experience in the EV charging business is a plus.
  • University degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or related technical field.
  • Education in European languages is highly desired.
  • Practical experience in IT support or related areas.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English and intermediate German skills, additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany or similar locations for 2-4 weeks per year.
