Description:

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the resolution of key business questions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
You will collaborate with team members to understand business questions and propose improvements.
You will perform analysis on medium-sized datasets to answer basic and complex business questions.
You will generate insights and conclusions from analyses to convert them into actionable steps.
You will create dynamic and visual dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
You will support special projects and ad hoc requirements as needed.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a similar quantitative field is required (advanced students are welcome).
You should have 0 to 2 years of experience in similar roles (internships or relevant academic projects also apply).
You must be a quick learner, passionate, and curious.
Good business judgment and attention to detail are essential.
You should have the ability to communicate and present analyses clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and advanced Excel is required.
Previous experience (academic or professional) with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is necessary.
An intermediate level of English (A2 or higher) is required.

The position offers a salary range of $1,500 to $3,500 per month for professional services.
