Remote BI Analyst

Description:

• The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in the company from the beginning, focusing on automation, data analysis, and generating actionable insights.

• Key responsibilities include streamlining product workflows, generating and documenting analytics, analyzing data to identify trends, employing statistical tools for KPI analysis, and collaborating with the technology team to maintain data pipelines.
• The analyst will also work with different departments to understand their data needs, manage relational databases, develop a Data Quality system, and create dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have over 3 years of experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in a startup environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
• Familiarity with Marketing and Business KPIs is essential.
• A background in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary.
• Technical skills required include SQL, GCP or AWS tools, visualization tools like Looker or Metabase, Python, and experience with Notion or Jira.
