Description:
LivePerson is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong expertise in SQL to join the Revenue Analytics team.
This position will be based offshore in India and will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets, excellent SQL skills for data extraction and analysis, and the ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
The analyst will leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including data warehouses like Snowflake.
Collaboration with the RevOps team is essential to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
The role involves analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth and operational improvements.
The analyst will provide deep-dive analysis into revenue trends, forecast accuracy, and business performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies and issues in reporting processes is also a key responsibility.
Support for ad-hoc data requests and special projects from leadership will be required.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have the ability to collaborate with Global Stakeholders and accommodate timezones.
2-4 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar, with SQL as a core competency, is necessary.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is required.
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis are essential.
Experience working with data warehousing systems like Snowflake, Redshift, or similar is needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets, are required.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely are necessary.
A high attention to detail and commitment to data quality is essential.
The ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams is required.
