Remote BI Analyst II

Description:

• LivePerson is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong expertise in SQL to join the Revenue Analytics team.
• This position will be based offshore in India and will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and strategic business decisions.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets, excellent SQL skills for data extraction and analysis, and the ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
• The analyst will leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Collaboration with the RevOps team is essential to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• The role involves analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth and operational improvements.
• The analyst will provide deep-dive analysis into revenue trends, forecast accuracy, and business performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies and issues in reporting processes is also a key responsibility.
• Support for ad-hoc data requests and special projects from leadership will be required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to collaborate with Global Stakeholders and accommodate timezones.
• 2-4 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar, with SQL as a core competency, is necessary.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is required.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis are essential.
• Experience working with data warehousing systems like Snowflake, Redshift, or similar is needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets, are required.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely are necessary.
• A high attention to detail and commitment to data quality is essential.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams is required.
