Remote BI Analyst, MX

Description:

• Oura is seeking a BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights to enhance the Member Experience.
• The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Tableau dashboards that provide insights into key metrics.
• The BI Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
• Responsibilities include ensuring data quality and consistency through robust validation and quality control processes.
• The position also involves automating and streamlining reporting processes to allow for deeper data analysis.
• This role is pivotal in building a foundation for data-driven decision-making within the MX Analytics team and scaling the analytics infrastructure.
• The position is remote, with a slight preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, with strong proficiency in Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases are required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk and customer feedback platforms is necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
