Description:

  • As a Big Data Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and refining the big data infrastructure to ensure it is robust, scalable, and ready for innovation.
  • You will lead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in data processing, storage, and analysis.
  • Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, you will transform complex requirements into functional, scalable systems.
  • Your solutions will prioritize efficiency, ethics, and privacy compliance, setting industry standards for big data architecture.
  • Additionally, you will mentor and guide a team of engineers and developers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields, coupled with extensive experience in data architecture.
  • Expertise in designing scalable and reliable data solutions, with the ability to anticipate future data needs and trends.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time analytics frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of innovative solutions and the capability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
