Description:

We are expanding our Engineering teams and are looking for a Big Data Engineer with experience in Python or Scala, Spark, and Cloud.
You will be involved in projects from the initial stages of client relationships, understanding business needs to propose the most suitable technical solution.
You will develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and in collaboration with the team.
You will participate in the design of architectures and decision-making in a constructive environment with a co-creation dynamic.
You will be a key player in developing best practices, clean, and reusable code.
You will develop ETLs using Spark (Python/Scala).
You will work on cloud projects (Azure/AWS).
You will build scalable pipelines using various technologies.

Requirements:

You must have at least 4 years of experience in software/data engineering.
Experience in architecture design is required.
You should have solid experience in Python or Scala and Spark for processing large volumes of data.
Solid experience in Cloud (Azure or AWS) is necessary.
Experience in creating data pipelines (CI/CD) is required.
Experience in testing (unit, integration, etc.) is necessary.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI) will be positively valued.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric will be positively valued.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will be positively valued.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
A good level of English is essential.
