Description:

CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Cloudflare Performance Engineer for a part-time remote position, specifically open to applicants based in Colombia.
The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Colombia Time.
The role focuses on optimizing WordPress speed, caching strategies, and high-performance web hosting to enhance site speed and improve Core Web Vitals.
Key responsibilities include setting up and optimizing Cloudflare APO for WordPress, enabling Brotli compression, and optimizing cache rules for faster site performance.
The engineer will also work on improving server response times, configuring Cloudflare DNS settings, and optimizing database performance.
Additional tasks involve enhancing Core Web Vitals and AI search optimization through structured data and schema optimizations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience optimizing Cloudflare for high-performance WordPress websites.
Expertise in Cloudflare APO, Argo, Brotli, Mirage, and cache optimizations is required.
A strong understanding of WordPress performance tuning and Core Web Vitals is essential.
Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL and Redis optimizations is necessary.
Applicants should be able to configure Cloudflare’s caching policies, page rules, and DNS optimizations.
Experience working with hosting environments such as Cloudways, Kinsta, or WP Engine is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Cloudflare Workers, knowledge of structured data for AI-powered search, and familiarity with performance benchmarks like Google Lighthouse.
