Nielsen is seeking a talented Bilingual Data Analyst to join their team in Mexico City, Mexico, in a full-time remote position.
The role involves collaborating with the Analytics team and Modeling associates within Marketing Mix project teams.
Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing significant amounts of data for quality, accuracy, and fitness of purpose.
The Data Analyst will integrate, assemble, summarize, validate, and disseminate data from various systems to present measurement recommendations to clients.
Identifying anomalies within the data and determining if they are collection errors or unnoticed trends is a key responsibility.
The position requires compliance with all Nielsen Analytic Console, data security, and third-party vendor requirements.
Adherence to project scope, timelines, and contracts is essential for successful delivery.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a high proficiency in English.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
The position requires 0-3 years of experience in a related field with a strong analytical aptitude.
Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and the ability to understand hierarchical relationships and identify gaps in logic are necessary.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential.
Highly effective client management and communication skills are required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of data and regression modeling applications is desired.
