Description:

  • Nielsen is seeking a talented Bilingual Data Analyst to join their team in Mexico City, Mexico, in a full-time remote position.
  • The role involves collaborating with the Analytics team and Modeling associates within Marketing Mix project teams.
  • Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing significant amounts of data for quality, accuracy, and fitness of purpose.
  • The Data Analyst will integrate, assemble, summarize, validate, and disseminate data from various systems to present measurement recommendations to clients.
  • Identifying anomalies within the data and determining if they are collection errors or unnoticed trends is a key responsibility.
  • The position requires compliance with all Nielsen Analytic Console, data security, and third-party vendor requirements.
  • Adherence to project scope, timelines, and contracts is essential for successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a high proficiency in English.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • The position requires 0-3 years of experience in a related field with a strong analytical aptitude.
  • Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and the ability to understand hierarchical relationships and identify gaps in logic are necessary.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential.
  • Highly effective client management and communication skills are required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of data and regression modeling applications is desired.
