Description:

CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Junior DevOps Engineer for a part-time remote position based in Colombia.
The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Colombia Time).
The role involves designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and deployment processes across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities include participating in the configuration and management of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
The engineer will support development and operations teams by deploying updates and fixes to ensure high system availability and performance.
Monitoring cloud and system performance metrics and troubleshooting infrastructure issues are also key tasks.
Continuous learning opportunities such as internal workshops, professional training sessions, and certification courses will be provided to grow technical expertise.

Requirements:

Candidates must have foundational skills in AWS, Azure, or GCP for application hosting and service management.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container setup and service orchestration is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for pipeline integration and automation is necessary.
Proficiency in Python or Bash for scripting and automation tasks is essential.
A basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is needed to manage and provision resources through code.
A solid internet connection is required to support consistent communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferably, candidates should have internships or up to one year of experience in a technical role; fresh graduates with relevant project experience are also welcome to apply.
An eagerness to pursue certifications in cloud technologies and container management is expected.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn DevOps best practices and tools are essential.
