Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is necessary.
Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Node.js is essential.
A strong understanding of server-side languages and frameworks, including PHP, .NET, Python, and Ruby on Rails, is required.
Experience with database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is required.
A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
