• We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading large initiatives within our engineering squads.
• This position is key to driving technical vision, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional products.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to building scalable, high-performing, and maintainable systems while closely collaborating with Product, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include taking ownership of large initiatives, managing your domain, collaborating to define a technical vision, maintaining a secure and efficient codebase, mentoring junior engineers, partnering with various stakeholders, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable system architectures that support business needs and enhance user experiences.
• Proficiency in using GraphQL for building APIs that provide efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management.
• Solid experience in building user interfaces using React and Typescript, focusing on creating great user experiences.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers is a nice-to-have skill.
• Experience with cloud services beyond AWS, such as Google Cloud Platform, is also a nice-to-have skill.
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers is encouraged.
• Familiarity with Elixir is a plus, though not required; a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.
