We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Backend Engineer to join their dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of the blockchain product modules through rigorous testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, designing test cases, executing tests, and assessing risks related to functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, independently creating or selecting testing tools to enhance productivity, and analyzing and improving project team workflows by proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Golang or Rust is necessary, along with knowledge of consensus algorithms such as HotStuff and PBFT.
A strong understanding of distributed systems, including IM communication and cross-chain bridges, is essential.
Knowledge of asymmetric and symmetric cryptographic techniques is required.
Experience with Libp2p, IPFS, and Cosmos, as well as familiarity with Wasm technology, is expected.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain development frameworks such as Cosmos and Substrate is necessary.
Experience with cross-chain bridge systems and involvement in real-world projects is required.
A background in DeFi smart contract development, with an understanding of contract vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies, is essential.
The candidate should have an aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies and applying them effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with a commitment to driving projects to successful completion, is necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the decentralized application domain.
