Description:

The Blockchain Developer will be responsible for developing the Dora Vota code base.
The role involves creating necessary modules, applications, and infrastructures for Dora Vota.
Participation in the development of decentralized governance protocols and tools is required.
The developer will maintain the Dora Vota appchain, ensuring it is stable, reliable, and secure.
Coordination with Dora Vota validators during software updates, bug fixes, and other events is essential.
The position includes coordinating incentivized testnet deployment and evaluating validator performance.
The developer will work with external partners for application onboarding and code auditing.
Writing documentation for the Dora Vota developer communities is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related major is required.
Experience in CosmosSDK development is necessary.
Strong coding skills are essential for this position.
A deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure technology and the CosmosSDK is required.
Previous open source contributions are greatly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills are necessary.
Rust programming skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of blockchain consensus protocols is required.
Knowledge of blockchain applications and smart contracts is necessary.
Familiarity with the Cosmos SDK and related tech stack is preferred.
Strong logical reasoning skills are essential.
