The role is for a Blockchain Developer, also known as The Decentralization Architect, focused on designing, developing, and implementing blockchain technologies for decentralized solutions.
The position involves working closely with software engineers, cryptographers, and product teams to create blockchain-powered applications that address real-world problems.
Key responsibilities include building and deploying blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems using platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
The developer will write, test, and deploy smart contracts, ensuring they are secure and efficient, and will conduct code audits to prevent vulnerabilities.
The role requires the implementation of consensus algorithms and blockchain protocols to ensure security, scalability, and decentralization of networks.
Collaboration with front-end and back-end teams is essential for integrating blockchain technology into decentralized applications (dApps).
The developer will implement cryptographic algorithms to secure blockchain transactions and maintain and upgrade blockchain systems for optimal performance.
Staying current with emerging blockchain technologies, including layer 2 solutions and decentralized finance (DeFi), is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience in blockchain development, particularly with platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot, and be skilled in designing decentralized systems and implementing smart contracts.
Proficiency in programming languages for smart contracts, such as Solidity, Rust, or Vyper, is required, along with the ability to write, deploy, and audit smart contracts.
A solid understanding of cryptographic principles, including encryption techniques and consensus mechanisms like PoW, PoS, or Byzantine fault tolerance, is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go is required, along with experience working with APIs, SDKs, and integrating blockchain systems into dApps.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cryptography, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience in blockchain development being highly valued.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, including hands-on experience building and deploying blockchain solutions.
Proven experience in writing and auditing smart contracts, developing decentralized applications, and working with blockchain protocols is necessary.
Experience with cloud-based blockchain services and tools, such as AWS Blockchain or Azure Blockchain, is highly desirable.
