Description:

Ondo Finance is seeking a highly motivated Blockchain Operations Engineer to join their remote team.
The role involves streamlining engineering workflows through automation and system management to ensure the seamless operation of blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities include managing multisig setups, building and maintaining systems for token management, and performing market analysis and reporting.
The engineer will also develop complex automation systems, maintain internal observability tools, and design monitoring systems for blockchain products.
Additionally, the role requires developing reliable software integrations and managing both internal and external blockchain oracles.

Requirements:

Candidates must be based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
A minimum of 6 months of professional software engineering experience is necessary, ideally in the blockchain or crypto space.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Familiarity with blockchain application layers, particularly fungible token standards like ERC20 and SPL, is essential.
Hands-on experience with decentralized finance protocols and exchanges in a professional setting is required.
An interest in cybersecurity, particularly regarding large crypto-related hacks, and a commitment to operational security is important.
Candidates should be eager to take on operational tasks to support the engineering team and contribute to overall team success.
