Description:

Bjak is seeking a self-driven Blockchain Product Lead to develop a stablecoin product from scratch, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
The role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing smart contract deployment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Product Lead will be responsible for shaping core features, driving market fit, and measuring product performance post-launch.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or related industries, with a track record of building products from the ground up.
Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and stablecoin mechanics.
Strong technical knowledge to guide blockchain product development and work closely with engineers.
Familiarity with smart contract development, decentralized technologies, and agile product development methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
