• The team consists of over 150 globally distributed members who work remotely from various countries.
• The Brokerage Operations Data Analyst will report directly to the President of the Broker Dealer.
• This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive operational efficiency, reduce risk, and inform policy and procedure decisions.
• Key responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, conducting risk assessments, identifying growth opportunities, managing data, and supporting ad hoc projects.
• The analyst will collaborate with various departments and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Data Science certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry, is necessary.
• A proven track record of conducting complex data analyses to drive operational improvements and strategic decisions is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools is required.
• A strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and brokerage services is needed.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are required.
