Remote Business Analyst / UX Architect

Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team responsible for designing mobile products for our US-based consulting client.
• You will own the project in terms of design.
• Your responsibilities include clarifying all the requirements with the client, especially the ones that the client doesn’t realize yet, to set the task as accurately as possible.
• You will develop a strong vision of the project and translate this vision to the developers, helping them to estimate and plan the project.
• You will ignite the design team with your vision, ensuring the project takes off smoothly and managing it design-wise until its successful completion.
• You will have the freedom to do things right in the way you find right, with support available for advice.

Requirements:

• You must have the ability to explain your vision to your team and your team’s decisions to the client, using tools and means of explanation that you choose.
• Persuasiveness is essential; you should be able to convince others that your team’s decision is the one to be implemented.
• Flexibility is required; you should be open to looking for a plan B, regardless of how brilliant your plan A may be.
• Smart leadership is necessary; you are expected to lead wisely and carefully, fostering growth and learning within the team.
• A high-level understanding of development processes is important to promote tight cooperation and coordination between design and development teams.
• Good planning skills are required for this position.
• You should possess a “what if” and “why not” mindset, being creative and optimistic.
• Sincere enthusiasm is a must; we believe in shared responsibility based on eagerness rather than imposition.
• Advanced English is required, as all your clients will be native English speakers.
