Description:

  • As a Business Application Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, solution design and delivery, and support for applications under the Business Applications umbrella.
  • You will ensure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly.
  • You will act as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues.
  • You will generate documentation and training materials.
  • You will provide support for business users on enterprise-level business applications such as Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, and GP.
  • M365 experience building and configuring with PowerApps and PowerAutomate is required.
  • You must possess excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • You will provide planning and organization on enhancement and upgrade projects.
  • You will translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
  • You will proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • You will demonstrate the ability to quantify results and impact on key performance indicators.
  • You will formulate use cases, process flows, and training material on systems and processes.
  • You will support the creation of and/or create test plans and training materials relevant to the project.
  • You will collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of work experience with M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • You must have experience with requirements analysis, interacting with business users to define clear scope, and creating and managing proper cross-functional teams.
  • You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • SharePoint Online site design experience is a plus.
  • You should have experience in the design and implementation of business process workflows.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years of experience is required.
