Description:
As a Business Application Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, solution design and delivery, and support for applications under the Business Applications umbrella.
You will ensure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly.
You will act as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues.
You will generate documentation and training materials.
You will provide support for business users on enterprise-level business applications such as Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, and GP.
M365 experience building and configuring with PowerApps and PowerAutomate is required.
You must possess excellent communication and comprehension skills.
You will provide planning and organization on enhancement and upgrade projects.
You will translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
You will proactively identify improvement opportunities.
You will demonstrate the ability to quantify results and impact on key performance indicators.
You will formulate use cases, process flows, and training material on systems and processes.
You will support the creation of and/or create test plans and training materials relevant to the project.
You will collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements.
Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
Requirements:
You must have 3+ years of work experience with M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
You must have experience with requirements analysis, interacting with business users to define clear scope, and creating and managing proper cross-functional teams.
You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
SharePoint Online site design experience is a plus.
You should have experience in the design and implementation of business process workflows.
Project Management experience is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years of experience is required.
