Description:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will conduct operational monitoring processes to ensure accurate delivery of benefits to Experian Partner Solutions (ECS) clients and customers.
You will collaborate with Product Development, Client Services, and Technology teams within ECS to solve complex business problems with a data-oriented mindset.
Your responsibilities include developing SQL queries to analyze data for quantitative and qualitative analysis to support ECS products and benefit delivery.
You will assess and address issues related to specific daily control reviews, which are critical for ensuring the delivery of products and services to customers.
You will build and use Tableau dashboards and other data visualizations to exhibit business insights into benefit delivery performance and trends.
Conducting operational gap analysis by identifying gaps and developing customer-centric monitoring capabilities through existing data analysis tools will be part of your role.
You will collaborate with teams to support ad hoc research, impact analysis, and validate issue remediation actions.
Becoming a functional expert on ECS platform features and capabilities is expected.
You will analyze data across multiple platforms and data sources.
Automating existing processes and developing methods to oversee products and services to meet the growing needs of the business will be required.
You will author process documentation and other supporting materials to detail operational procedures for daily control reviews.
Requirements:
You must have 2+ years of hands-on SQL query development experience.
You should be adept in querying relational databases, Excel (with the ability to perform complex functions), and other data tools; experience with AWS Redshift and Python is a plus.
Experience in creating data visualizations with Tableau or other visualization tools is required.
Proficiency in profiling data, including data analysis, discovery, cleansing, and transformations is necessary.
You should have the experience and ability to produce and present analyses and business cases to various team members.
