SwissBorg is seeking a talented and driven Business Data Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping business strategies and driving growth.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities for products and services, utilizing analytical skills to generate hypotheses and assess potential benefits.
The analyst will conduct app user activity analysis to uncover meaningful patterns, correlations, or bottlenecks, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing user experiences.
Data-driven insights will be generated by leveraging various data analysis techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights.
The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and measure the impact of promising opportunities, acting as a liaison between the data team and business squads.
As a data ambassador, the analyst will align data-related objectives with overall business goals and continuously strive for knowledge and improvement in data analysis processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey data insights clearly and understandably.
Proficiency in SQL is required.
Experience with data analysis in Python, including libraries such as numpy, pandas, and matplotlib, is necessary.
Experience with statistics, including A/B testing, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing, is a plus.
The ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
Candidates should be independent, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
