Description:
You will help partner with multiple internal and external teams to ensure successful handling and resolution of escalated customer issues.
You will use data to identify customer feedback trends and themes.
You will help identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in completing those improvements.
Responsibilities include capturing, organizing, and surfacing customer feedback and escalations data in high impact, accessible ways to facilitate product and customer insights.
You will analyze customer feedback and escalations data to identify trends, themes, and process gaps, and articulate recommendations for optimization and improvement opportunities based on that data and insight.
You will help manage daily operations of customer escalations tied to several products.
You will perform research and investigation of customer escalations to determine causes and next-step recommendations.
You will help set and administer product and operational standards and processes for the ongoing operation of products, customer escalations, and feedback.
Requirements:
You must have 1+ years of experience in business analytics, operations strategy, or data analysis.
You should be adept in SQL and Excel, capable of performing complex functions, and have experience with data tables; knowledge of AWS Redshift, Python, and DynamoDB is a plus.
You need solid knowledge in Agile software tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies.
You should possess technical skills, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, APIs, and databases.
You must have the ability to present analyses and business cases to various team members.
